Tai Mei Acrylic's modern manufacturing plant is equipped with state-of-the-art injection molding machines ranging from 100 to 600-tons. We have CNC milling and lathe machines as well as other precision equipment to build and maintain injection molds in-house. Our other equipment include automated cutting, sonic welding, diamond polishing, laser cutting/engraving, thermo forming, silk screen, pad printing and hot stamping machines to perform secondary processes.
Our hand-made products use optical grade acrylic (PMMA) sheets manufactured by our affiliated company, Refine Optical Technology, Inc. The acrylic sheets are produced inside a class 1000 and class 10,000 clean room environment, originally setup to provide sheeting for the TV and monitor industry.
